This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Manage emails by sending, responding to, and overseeing communications through Microsoft Outlook.
• Handle phone calls on behalf of the Financial Advisor, both incoming and outgoing.
• Prepare, edit, and organize various documents as needed.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars efficiently.
• Generate and maintain reports for tracking purposes.
• Provide support with general administrative and organizational responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and tools.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
