This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to account values, investments, insurance, and advisory services, while appropriately directing more complex needs.
• Support the advisory team by inputting data into financial planning software and preparing preliminary financial plans for advisor review.
• Create and update financial plans, analyses, and presentation materials to aid clients in clearly comprehending their financial situation and recommendations.
• Ensure all client information is accurate and current across systems to provide a seamless client experience.
• Enhance client relationships by efficiently processing requests, addressing questions, and ensuring that client documentation and records are complete and up-to-date.
• Collect and maintain necessary client information to support suitability, compliance, and high-quality planning.
• Keep detailed and organized records within the CRM system to facilitate proactive service and communication.
• Research and respond to client inquiries in a timely, thoughtful, and professional manner.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and systems to enhance client service and team efficiency.
• Work closely with the Lead Advisor and team, providing adaptable support as client and business needs change.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial services is preferred.
• CFP certification is required.
• Must hold securities registration (Series 7 & 66 or 7 & 63/65).
• Must have insurance licensing/appointment.
• Required to be securities registered and insurance licensed/appointed in all states where activities necessitate licensing and registration.
• Willingness to complete the necessary Long-Term Care training required in the states where support work will be performed.
• If involved with variable insurance or annuities, must be appropriately licensed/appointed and registered for variable products.
• Strong technical aptitude with computers and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or willingness to learn.
• Capable of working with a diverse range of individuals in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high-quality work while facing frequent interruptions.
• Must uphold the integrity of sensitive and confidential information.
• Basic understanding of our products and services is necessary.
