📋 Description

• Performing legal research, composing legal documents, and providing assistance on various legal issues.

• Overseeing the procedure by formulating the legal terminology for written contracts.

• Handling requests from users and leads, offering support regarding services and account management.

• Assisting customers in establishing connections between their source code management platforms.

• Collaborating with leads who have inquiries and guiding them about available services.

• Creating reports based on information provided by customers.

• Understanding of LegalTech principles.

• Previous experience in customer success or a related position is preferred.

• Skilled in drafting legal documents.

• Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and sectors.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in using modern web applications, including Google Docs.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Able to adapt and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
