This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Assist customers in achieving their desired results through our product or service.
• Perform legal research and draft various legal documents.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and requests regarding our services.
• Aid customers in technology setup and oversee proper administration.
• Support the sales team by advising leads about our services through email and chat.
• Create reports based on customer data.
• Knowledge of LegalTech concepts.
• Previous experience in customer success or a related position is preferred.
• Expertise in drafting legal documents.
• Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in modern web tools such as Google Docs and similar applications.
