This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver a broad spectrum of legal and contract management assistance within the Legal Department.
• Oversee a substantial volume of documents, encompassing comprehensive contract administration.
• Guarantee that contracts are correctly formatted, appropriately routed, and executed efficiently.
• Monitor and organize agreements while maintaining accurate contract records.
• Facilitate workflow enhancement utilizing tools like SharePoint and Ironclad.
• Ensure prompt execution of contracts across the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory and/or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Over 7 years of experience in paralegal work, contract administration, legal operations, or a comparable legal support role.
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, particularly Ironclad.
• Robust working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for document management and tracking purposes.
• Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Sign).
• In-house and law firm paralegal experience is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
• Extremely meticulous attention to detail, especially in document formatting and version control; capable of performing final quality checks on documents.
• Manage confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Exhibit adaptability in facing challenges and resilience in overcoming setbacks; embrace a growth mindset and welcome opportunities for learning and undertaking stretch assignments.
• Highly collaborative with outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities concurrently, effectively multitasking across projects to prioritize and manage timelines.
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical fields is highly preferred.
• Capability to maintain high performance levels in a constantly evolving environment.
• Familiarity with contract templates, clause libraries, and fundamental legal terminology.
• Experience in developing or enhancing contract tracking systems or dashboards.
