This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform legal research utilizing online legal databases and various resources.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Oversee and maintain case files, client records, and legal documents.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, discovery processes, and strategic case support.
• Facilitate filings with courts and administrative bodies.
• Track deadlines, court dates, and compliance obligations.
• Engage with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner.
• Create summaries, reports, and case timelines for attorneys.
• Provide support to attorneys during hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
• Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal in a U.S. law firm.
• Strong grasp of U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Experience in case management and legal research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field is preferred.
