Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire contract review process, from initial drafts through redline revisions, coordination with counterparties, and tracking signatures.

• Create and amend standard agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, SOW modifications, and service contracts.

• Manage the contract repository within the CLM system, ensuring that the template library is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Actively identify and notify about upcoming contract renewals, critical dates, non-standard terms, and counterparty responsibilities.

• Assess incoming legal requests, direct them to the suitable team members, and ensure adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs).

• Handle document preservation notices, supervise litigation hold requests, monitor custodian compliance, and assist with discovery processes.

• Administer court filings, maintain deadline calendars, and ensure procedural compliance for garnishments and external information requests.

• Leverage advanced generative AI tools to enhance legal research, create summaries, and continually improve team workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of specialized paralegal experience in a law firm or rapidly growing company, managing a substantial workload.

• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and redlining contracts (including NDAs, vendor agreements, and SOWs) with exceptional attention to detail.

• Practical experience in navigating and managing legal operations within Ironclad or a comparable modern CLM system.

• Established record of success in managing legal intake systems while balancing high-volume workflows and competing deadlines.

• Experience in executing litigation holds, coordinating discovery, and overseeing timelines for court filings.

• Background in highly regulated sectors such as transportation, education, healthcare, or similar fields.

• A forward-thinking attitude with a keen interest in utilizing AI drafting tools and research automation technologies.
