This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take complete ownership of Paddle's paid social program from start to finish
• Develop and implement audience strategies
• Propel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through paid social channels
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing to launch effective campaigns
• Work in close partnership with the organic social media team
• Spearhead creative experimentation initiatives
• Manage attribution and reporting processes
• Rigorously oversee budget management
• Stay ahead of industry trends and developments
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and various other social media platforms
• Expertise in Person-Based Advertising and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• A creative thinker with strong analytical skills
• Experienced in managing substantial budgets
• Excellent collaborator across different functions
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a commercial mindset
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools
• Capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment
