This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee the complete management and strategic direction of assigned paid media accounts.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, consistently striving to enhance performance expectations.
• Take charge of the comprehensive paid media strategy, project ideation, road-mapping, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and clarity.
• Lead a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (with potential for growth), assigning tasks and nurturing their strategic and technical competencies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to pinpoint client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, thereby boosting Paid Media’s impact on business success.
• Proactively work to increase billing and channel support for existing media accounts while identifying opportunities to broaden media coverage for new accounts.
• Commit to continuous learning of new strategies, testing emerging platforms, and expanding Cardinal’s paid media services.
• Serve as the primary internal and external contact for all managed accounts, responsible for pacing and performance oversight.
• Generate reports, write insights, and communicate with clients regarding designated accounts.
• Maintain ongoing management of assigned accounts, including optimizations, structural adjustments, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy updates.
• Hold complete responsibility for the Paid Media strategy of assigned accounts, collaborating with the Media Director as necessary.
• Drive strategic ideation across all accounts, crafting and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives and internal goals.
• Design and implement tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (focusing on structural, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion aspects).
• Engage in ongoing testing, validation, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM.
• Expertise in developing paid media strategy, project road maps, media plans, competitive analyses, testing, and measurement frameworks across various media channels.
• Experience in campaign management and strategy across diverse platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social (experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. is advantageous).
• Understanding of full funnel strategy, video, and lead generation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and optimization strategies (knowledge of GA4 is a plus).
• Capability to write ad copy, guide creative strategies, identify asset requirements, and establish a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in client relationship management, providing reporting insights, and optimizing towards client business objectives.
