This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the successful management and strategic direction of assigned paid media accounts from start to finish.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, working to elevate performance expectations and push boundaries.
• Take charge of all paid media strategy, project conceptualization, road-mapping, and testing, leading the team with assurance and guidance.
• Supervise a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (with plans for expansion), delegating responsibilities and helping to enhance their strategic and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to pinpoint client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, thereby enhancing Paid Media's contribution to business success.
• Proactively seek to boost billing and channel support for current media accounts while identifying opportunities to broaden media coverage for new accounts.
• Continuously strive to learn innovative strategies, experiment with new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s paid media services.
• Serve as the main contact point, both internally and externally, for all 'owned' accounts, ensuring accountability for pacing and account performance.
• Generate reports, craft insights, and communicate with clients for assigned accounts.
• Maintain ongoing management of accounts, including but not limited to optimizations, structural modifications, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy adjustments.
• Hold full responsibility for the Paid Media strategy for designated accounts, collaborating with the Media Director as necessary.
• Drive strategic ideation across all accounts, designing and modifying campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives and internal goals.
• Design and implement tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis, focusing on structural, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion aspects.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM.
• Expertise in driving paid media strategies, project roadmaps, media planning, competitive analysis, testing, and measurement frameworks across various media channels.
• Experience in campaign management and strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).
• Familiarity with full funnel strategy, video marketing, and lead generation techniques.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and optimization strategies (knowledge of GA4 is a plus).
• Ability to craft ad copy, direct creative strategies, identify asset requirements, and establish a cadence for creative testing.
• Experience in client relationship management, providing reporting insights, and optimizing efforts towards client business objectives.
