Paid Social Media Supervisor, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete management and strategic direction of assigned paid media accounts.

• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, continually striving to elevate performance standards and expectations.

• Take full ownership of paid media strategy, project conceptualization, planning, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and clear direction.

• Lead a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (expanding over time), assigning tasks and fostering their strategic and technical capabilities.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to define client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, enhancing the contribution of Paid Media to overall business success.

• Proactively work to boost billing and channel support for current media accounts while proposing opportunities to broaden media coverage for new accounts.

• Consistently seek to learn new strategies, experiment with new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s paid media services.

• Serve as the main point of contact both internally and externally for all 'owned' accounts, accountable for pacing and performance.

• Generate reports, write insights, and communicate effectively with clients for the assigned accounts.

• Manage the ongoing maintenance of held accounts, including optimizations, structural adjustments, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy updates.

• Maintain full accountability for Paid Media strategy for assigned accounts, collaborating with the Media Director as needed.

• Lead strategic ideation for all accounts, designing and refining campaign strategies to align with each client’s business objectives and internal goals.

• Design and implement tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (structural, targeting, creative and messaging, conversion, etc.).

• Ensure continuous testing, validation, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.

• Proven ability to manage multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM.

• Demonstrated experience in driving paid media strategy, creating project roadmaps, media plans, conducting competitive research, and establishing testing and measurement frameworks across various media channels.

• Familiarity with campaign management and strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).

• Understanding of full funnel strategies, video, and lead generation.

• Proficient with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion and optimization strategies (GA4 knowledge is a plus).

• Capability to write ad copy, direct creative strategy, identify asset needs, and set up a creative testing schedule.

• Experience in client relationship management, providing reporting insights, and optimizing towards client business goals.

• Experience in team management.
