This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Oversee the successful end-to-end management and strategic direction of assigned paid media accounts.
• Ensure that pacing and KPI objectives are met for all managed accounts.
• Take charge of all aspects of paid media strategy, including project ideation, road-mapping, and testing.
• Lead a small team consisting of 1-2+ Media Managers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to define client objectives.
• Proactively work to enhance billing and channel support for current media accounts.
• Continuously seek to learn new strategies, experiment with new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s paid media services.
• Serve as the primary internal and external contact for all 'owned' accounts.
• Generate reports, write insights, and maintain communication with clients.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance of managed accounts, including optimizations.
• Hold complete responsibility for the Paid Media strategy of assigned accounts.
• Drive strategic ideation for all accounts.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven experience managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $100K to $1MM.
• Expertise in developing paid media strategies, project road maps, media plans, competitive research, testing, and measurement frameworks across various media channels.
• Familiarity with campaign management and strategy across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).
• Experience with full funnel strategies, video production, and lead generation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion and optimization strategies (knowledge of GA4 is a plus).
• Capable of writing ad copy, guiding creative strategies, identifying asset requirements, and establishing a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Proven experience in team management.
