This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• In the role of Paid Media Supervisor, you will take ownership of performance, strategy, and the growth of significant multi-channel paid media accounts.
• Collaborating closely with the Associate Media Director for overarching planning and guidance, you will manage all daily execution, optimization, and reporting tasks.
• You will serve as the subject-matter expert in both internal and client meetings—leading strategy discussions, confidently presenting recommendations, and supporting your proposals with data.
• You will mentor an internal team to create intelligent, integrated paid media strategies across various channels, ensuring our clients experience genuine and sustained growth.
• This position is client-facing, and your capacity to lead discussions, influence direction, and affect outcomes is central to your success.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven track record in managing multiple paid media accounts with monthly budgets between $100K and $1MM.
• Expertise in formulating paid media strategy, project road maps, media plans, competitive analysis, testing, and measurement frameworks for clients across various media channels.
• Experience in campaign management and strategy across platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social Media (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).
• Proficiency in full funnel strategy, video content, and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, conversion strategies, and optimization tactics (knowledge of GA4 is a plus).
• Capability to write compelling ad copy, guide creative strategy, identify asset needs, and establish a rhythm for creative testing.
• Experience in client relationship management, including reporting insights and optimizing towards client business objectives.
• Demonstrated team management skills.
