This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Manage and oversee designated paid media accounts from start to finish, ensuring strategic effectiveness.
• Achieve pacing and KPI targets for managed accounts, striving to enhance performance expectations and goals.
• Take charge of all aspects of paid media strategy, project ideation, planning, and testing, guiding the team with assurance and direction.
• Supervise a small team of 1-2+ Media Managers (with plans for future growth), assigning tasks and nurturing their strategic and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Director to determine client objectives, priorities, and efficiency needs, thereby enhancing Paid Media's impact on business success.
• Proactively seek to increase billing and channel support for existing media accounts while identifying opportunities to broaden media reach for new clients.
• Continuously pursue learning new strategies, testing innovative platforms, and expanding Cardinal’s paid media capabilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact, both internally and externally, for all accounts under your purview, responsible for account pacing and performance.
• Generate reports, provide insights, and maintain communication with clients for assigned accounts.
• Oversee the ongoing maintenance of managed accounts, including optimizations, structural updates, bidding strategies, conversion types, and copy revisions.
• Assume full responsibility for the Paid Media strategy on assigned accounts, coordinating with the Media Director as necessary.
• Lead strategic ideation for all accounts by designing and adjusting campaign strategies to align with each client's business objectives (and internal goals).
• Design and implement tests for accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis (including structural, targeting, creative messaging, conversion, etc.).
• Engage in continuous testing, verification, and enhancement of full-funnel structures.
• 6-10+ years of experience in Paid Media.
• Proven ability to manage multiple paid media accounts with budgets between $100K-$1MM per month.
• Expertise in driving paid media strategy, project roadmaps, media planning, competitive analysis, testing, and measurement frameworks across various media channels.
• Experience in campaign management and strategy across diverse platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Display, Programmatic Display, and Social (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. are advantageous).
• Familiarity with full-funnel strategies, video content, and lead generation.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and optimization strategies (knowledge of GA4 is a plus).
• Capability to write advertising copy, direct creative strategy, determine asset needs, and establish a creative testing schedule.
• Experience in managing client relationships, reporting insights, and optimizing toward client business objectives.
• Previous team management experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English at an advanced level is a requirement for this role.
