This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others;
• Create and execute innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with the gaming sector and reflect our brand's identity;
• Establish and oversee advertising budgets while ensuring optimal ROI and cost-effectiveness;
• Analyze and report on essential performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of paid social campaigns;
• Keep current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new platforms to sustain a competitive advantage;
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and game development teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand goals;
• Regularly test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and copy to enhance campaign effectiveness;
• Supervise and modify bidding strategies to achieve targeted outcomes;
• Stay informed about competitor tactics and industry standards.
• At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising within the iGaming sector;
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns;
• Skilled in utilizing ad management tools and analytics platforms;
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making;
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad content;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team;
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
