This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with our internal PPC team to strategize, execute, and enhance paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
• Take charge of channel performance, meeting targets and providing explanations for any deviations to leadership and stakeholders through management commentary or other necessary forums.
• Create and implement best-practice PPC strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network strategies.
• Establish both short-term and long-term strategies, executing them while offering recommendations for campaign optimization and audience expansion.
• Offer guidance and support to team members in identifying the most effective tactics and strategies to fulfill commercial priorities.
• Develop and oversee a testing roadmap for your categories, ensuring that successful experiments are swiftly scaled and communicated to the broader team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, make informed suggestions, and enhance campaign performance.
• Generate creative ideas that challenge and transform existing best practices.
• Keep abreast of updates in search engines and trends within the PPC industry.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to promote growth and enhance owned categories.
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure the successful achievement of performance goals.
• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in PPC/SEM, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding strategies.
• Experience in managing large-scale PPC accounts.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with website analysis via analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Proficient in using external competitive research tools such as SEMrush, Adthena, or similar.
• Highly driven with a track record of surpassing expectations.
• Passionate about search marketing, eager to develop PPC and people management skills while advancing professionally.
• Enjoys collaborating within a team environment and contributing to the business’s success in achieving its goals.
• Proficient in Excel.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
