This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Manage and supervise a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct assistance to client contacts.
• Engage in weekly communications with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and identify areas for improvement in our collaboration.
• Foster referrals through client relationships and professional networks.
• Develop strategies for clients each quarter.
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions.
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system.
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns.
• Accountable for personal productivity and utilization rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives.
• Implement and refine PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to enhance ROI.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience at a performance or digital marketing agency.
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment.
• Extensive knowledge in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Proficient in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, such as keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data through tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Capability to drive results and measure performance via OCT.
• Proven track record of measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• A distinctive perspective on how to create value for SaaS.
• Ability to translate and articulate strategies and tell compelling stories with data.
• Motivated to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
