This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize, initiate, oversee, and enhance Connected TV, OTT, YouTube TV, and video-centric paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with CTV providers, publishers, platforms, and media partners to assess inventory, pricing, targeting capabilities, and campaign possibilities.
• Develop and expand CTV campaigns aimed at direct-response performance, lead generation, cost efficiency, and quantifiable business results.
• Oversee campaign pacing, expenditure, targeting, placements, creative effectiveness, and optimization strategies.
• Examine campaign data to pinpoint successful elements, identify underperformers, and determine where additional testing or budget reallocations are necessary.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, analytics, and leadership teams to enhance campaign strategy and overall performance.
• Deliver clear reporting and insights on campaign outcomes, including expenditure, cost per lead, conversion rates, audience performance, and ROI.
• Assist in assessing new opportunities across emerging video, streaming, social, display, and AI-driven advertising avenues.
• Keep abreast of changes in the CTV, OTT, streaming, and video advertising sectors.
• Propose recommendations on how EIP can expand beyond traditional search and enhance its paid media strategy.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in paid media, with a strong focus on CTV, OTT, YouTube TV, or video advertising.
• Direct experience in managing CTV or streaming video campaigns.
• Preferred experience working directly with CTV providers, publishers, or end platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of CTV campaign setup, audience targeting, pacing, attribution, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven capability to manage significant ad budgets and make confident performance-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in direct-response marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment where campaign performance directly influences revenue.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey performance insights to marketing leaders and executives.
