Video Editor – Part-Time Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Capture and transform raw footage from Daydream into captivating content.

• Create engaging short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

• Develop comprehensive tutorials and workflow videos intended for YouTube.

• Tailor footage into deliverables based on the viewing preferences of each platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor with a substantial portfolio.

• Knowledge of Ableton Live or comparable digital audio workstations.

• Proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines (aspect ratios, caption formats, etc.).

• Aesthetic sensibility and a distinct perspective on editing techniques.

• Capability to produce high-quality videos efficiently and at scale.

• Skills in motion graphics, sound design, and color grading are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in growing a channel or social media account is considered a plus.
