Working Student – Video Editing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist our social media team with the preparation and distribution of video content (e.g., interviews, news clips)

• Develop subtitles, text overlays, and graphic components

• Evaluate, select, and arrange raw video footage

• Help enhance videos for clarity, viewer engagement, and platform specifications

• Share your creative ideas to improve existing formats

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student

• Strong intuition for what drives content virality

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Proficient in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional video editing tools)

• Keen interest in rap and hip-hop culture

• Solid knowledge of the German rap and hip-hop landscape

• Good sense of storytelling, timing, and platform dynamics

• Ability to work independently with a high level of reliability

• Creative and passionate about enhancing content performance

• A focus in media, communication, journalism, or video production is beneficial but not mandatory

• Interest in editorial tasks and content strategy
