This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Spearhead the Paid Media strategy and implementation across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Oversee campaign performance for designated accounts, ensuring that campaigns meet partner objectives such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reporting, insights, and optimization suggestions to partners and internal teams.
• Discover and implement ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative strategies to enhance results.
• Work in collaboration with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure seamless execution and strong campaign outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to junior Paid Media team members while helping uphold high execution standards.
• Remain updated on Paid Media trends, platform advancements, and innovations within the realm of higher education marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years of Paid Media experience in managing performance-oriented digital campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience in managing high-budget campaigns, preferably exceeding $100K per month.
• Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion performance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to convert data into actionable strategic insights.
• Experience in presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills across multiple active accounts and campaigns.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Background in agency environments or fast-paced marketing teams is desirable.
