This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.
• Formulate strategies and tactics that align with client objectives and enhance the effectiveness of paid media marketing.
• Establish and nurture robust, deep relationships with both day-to-day contacts and senior stakeholders to ensure high levels of client retention and growth.
• Independently resolve minor to complex client issues, seeking assistance for more complicated challenges.
• Implement and evaluate new capabilities to foster client growth.
• Educate new team members on fundamental and standard concepts.
• Assist with client services deliverables during the sales process for upselling and acquiring new business.
• Proven experience working with medium to high-complexity clients.
• Ability to build strong relationships effectively.
• Skill in generating insightful, actionable, and accurate recommendations for client strategies and reports with minimal guidance.
• Capability to present data and insights in a clear, logical, and actionable manner with minimal assistance.
• Proficient in creating effective meeting agendas and leading client meetings with minimal support.
• Experience in delivering essential training.
• Ability to log hours worked on assigned clients.
• Consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proven history of managing a full client portfolio that includes medium-complexity clients and some high-complexity clients.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially in Excel and Google Sheets.
