This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Direct the strategy and execution of Paid Media initiatives across various channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Take ownership of campaign performance for designated accounts, ensuring alignment with partner objectives such as inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Track campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reporting, insights, and optimization suggestions to partners and internal teams.
• Identify and implement ongoing testing opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with creative, analytics, and account teams to facilitate seamless execution and robust campaign performance.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior Paid Media team members while upholding high execution standards.
• Keep abreast of trends in Paid Media, platform updates, and innovations within the field of higher education marketing.
• 4-5+ years of experience in Paid Media with a focus on performance-driven digital campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience in managing high-budget campaigns (preferably $100K+/month).
• Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion performance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into actionable strategic insights.
• Experience in presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills across multiple active accounts and campaigns.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agency settings or dynamic marketing teams.
