This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the paid media strategy and its implementation across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other pertinent platforms.
• Convert business objectives into channel strategies, which include budget distribution, targeting, and campaign design.
• Initiate, oversee, and enhance campaigns to boost essential performance indicators (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CPA, pipeline contribution).
• Create and implement a systematic testing plan covering creative content, audience targeting, bidding techniques, and landing pages.
• Track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboard updates.
• Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation to optimize efficiency and return on investment.
• Collaborate with Creative and Web teams to enhance ad performance and conversion rates through effective messaging and landing page improvements.
• Ensure accurate tracking, pixel deployment, and UTM governance in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams.
• Keep updated on platform changes, industry developments, and new opportunities within paid media.
• Guide junior team members or oversee agency partners, ensuring high execution standards and accountability.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing campaigns across leading advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving results in line with KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and campaign tracking practices (UTMs, pixels, tagging).
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, audience strategies, and conversion optimization principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with programmatic advertising, YouTube, or emerging paid channels is a plus.
