Paid Advertising, Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all paid media initiatives and optimize conversions for B2B ventures, including PPC, Google Search, and Google Ads.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and Product Marketing teams to implement paid campaigns.

• Assist in the development of campaign strategies, setup, execution, and performance evaluation.

• Execute and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.

• Share responsibility for the complete execution of our YouTube channel revitalization and relaunch project.

• Oversee the creation and publication of video content following an established plan.

• Conduct basic video editing (training will be provided).

• Liaise with external creative agencies or freelancers for advanced video production needs.

• Collaborate on the activation and expansion of our Reddit presence.

• Practical experience in implementing paid advertising strategies and campaigns on paid media platforms, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• A hands-on approach with strong execution capabilities.

• Experience in supporting ABM or highly focused B2B campaigns.

• Basic video editing skills or a willingness to learn, preferably using tools like Canva, PowerDirector, or Microsoft ClipChamp.

• Excellent project management and coordination skills.

• Ability to work comfortably across various functions, including marketing, product marketing, and content teams.
