This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide tailored sessions that cater to the individual needs and objectives of each student.

• Develop progressions that enhance skills, build confidence, and yield positive outcomes.

• Create a nurturing environment that promotes growth and enjoyment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) instruction or guiding.

• Instructor certification is preferred (ACA SUP, WPA, or PSUPA), but not mandatory.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification and strong water-safety awareness; proficient in paddle technique, balance, and understanding wind and current conditions.

• Exceptional communication abilities to engage, inspire, and effectively teach students across all skill levels.
