This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Configure and manage Workday Procure-to-Pay modules, which include Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and associated integrations.
• Oversee the complete solution delivery process, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with global teams in Procurement, Finance, and Accounts Payable to comprehend requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments for new features and enhancements during Workday release cycles (R1 & R2).
• Create and implement test plans, resolve issues, and guarantee quality assurance for all configurations.
• Offer expert guidance on Workday best practices and system optimization strategies.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance, to ensure smooth integration and data integrity.
• Keep documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliance purposes.
• Stay informed about Workday releases and new features; assess and implement new functionalities as required.
• Participate in bi-weekly sprints.
• Preferred: Workday Pro Certification in Financials, Procurement, or other relevant modules.
• Over 7 years of practical Workday configuration experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Procure to Pay modules.
• Strong grasp of Workday business processes and security frameworks.
• Proven experience in building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions in a global setting.
• Capable of working independently as an individual contributor while effectively influencing stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
• Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically across HR processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst, BRM, or development role.
• Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country, multi-currency context.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
• Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
• Remote work options available as requested by the line manager.
• Position may involve frequent interruptions and changes.
• High level of global engagement with peer groups through Teams and conference calls.
• Strong capacity to work autonomously while managing the priorities of regional and global tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Overtime may be necessary.
