
Own Brand Specialist β Residential Trade and Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert for Own Brand initiatives related to Plumbing and Mechanical Pipe, Valves, Fittings, and more.
β’ Emphasize training, product communication, onboarding, sales guidance, and product resource assistance.
β’ Perform comprehensive and insightful analysis of product sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance sales growth and revenue generation.
β’ Spearhead initiatives to expand market share while ensuring compliance within the Customer Groups.
β’ Provide expert advice and direct support for pricing needs, including market price analysis and evaluation of core contracts.
β’ Supervise customer service operations, addressing warranty issues and customer complaints with an emphasis on providing outstanding service.
β’ Assess training needs for the brand team and coordinate all training efforts with corporate trainers.
β’ Take responsibility for executing successful new product and program introductions.
β’ Actively support and enforce display requirements and strategically position Our Brand Products.
β’ Offer valuable execution feedback, field intelligence, and insights on new product opportunities to the National Sales Manager and executive leadership team.
β’ Create a district marketing plan that aligns with executing customer events utilizing Our Brand Co-Op funding.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ Demonstrated experience in product sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the Plumbing, Kitchen and Bath, Appliance, or other Construction-related product sectors.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to derive actionable insights from sales data and market trends.
β’ Previous experience in pricing strategies, compliance management, and customer service.
β’ Proven track record in executing new product launches and assessing their impact on business performance.
β’ Capable of influencing and communicating essential initiatives with district leaders to achieve successful revenue-generating outcomes.
β’ Familiarity with visual merchandising and its effects on customer engagement and product sales.
β’ Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
