OutSystems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop contemporary, scalable applications utilizing the OutSystems platform (Reactive, Mobile, and Traditional Web).

• Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and adherence to business regulations.

• Create reusable components, integrations, connectors, and automated workflows.

• Engage in refinement sessions to grasp functional and non-functional requirements.

• Convert client/business needs into strong technical solutions.

• Collaborate closely with requirements analysts, QA engineers, and the architecture team.

• Implement architectural patterns, modularization, and the 4-Layer Canvas.

• Ensure proper application of OutSystems best practices, performance enhancement, and governance.

• Aid in defining and executing integrations (REST, SOAP, databases, Identity Providers).

• Design efficient, high-performance workflows that minimize resource consumption.

• Conduct troubleshooting, log analysis, and query optimization.

• Work with QA on validation and technical testing.

• Actively engage in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective).

• Contribute innovative ideas and improvements to the development process.

• Operate in a collaborative, people-focused, and transparent environment, enhancing BLUE's culture of excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• OutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional Web/Mobile).

• Proficiency with LifeTime, Service Studio, and Integration Studio.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or OutSystems pipelines.

• Understanding of UX/UI and design best practices.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or another cloud service provider.

• Previous experience in a software factory or within large-scale projects.
