This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and manage the overall relationship and daily sales operations directed at Kitchen & Bath dealers within the assigned territory.
• Effectively drive the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions through structured consultative sales dialogues.
• Identify significant major account prospects within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer sector, fostering considerable sales expansion in the area.
• Arrange and conduct both in-person and virtual meetings with new and existing clients.
• Take responsibility for the growth of the designated territory through both new client acquisition and the nurturing of existing relationships.
• Recognize and evaluate previous purchasing behaviors of current accounts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Stay informed and continuously update your knowledge of Richelieu’s product range, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage system information and reporting within the CRM application.
• Proven experience in solutions-based consultative outside sales targeting the Kitchen & Bath dealer market.
• Energetic, proactive, coachable, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to effectively schedule and manage your time, focusing on activities that yield results.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-developed skills in analysis, planning, organization, and monitoring.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
• University degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with effective use of Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and responsibilities.
