This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and advertise Bray's full spectrum of products to clients within the designated territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Visit customer locations to gain insights into their processes and requirements, providing solutions with Bray’s products to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall value.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective territory and account management.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge of Bray’s product offerings.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), strongly preferred, or Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in selling valves and controls is advantageous.
• Experience engaging with industries like HVAC / Automatic Temperature Control.
• Previous experience in outside sales, particularly in the industrial sales sector.
• Solid understanding of fluid handling equipment (valves, controls, actuators, etc.).
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong motivation and determination with a “self-starter” attitude.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
• Must reside in Indiana.
• Clean driving history and valid auto insurance are required.
• A credit check is mandatory for this role.
