This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Focus on expanding and nurturing existing Business to Business accounts through personalized sales of worksite insurance products and services.
β’ Explore new account development opportunities.
β’ Engage in a structured and thorough training program that includes on-the-job training within your designated territory.
β’ Work in partnership with internal teams to assist clients in choosing the right insurance benefits.
β’ Accountable for selling worksite insurance products and services within a specified sales territory.
β’ Establish robust, long-lasting relationships with businesses.
β’ Create tailored, needs-based recommendations for employees.
β’ Consult with existing customers to provide value and address their financial needs.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with customers and association executives.
β’ Design personalized, needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
