Outreach Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct primarily outbound calls to healthcare provider offices to acquire medical charts on behalf of clients.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

• Manage outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address scheduling conflicts with provider offices during calls.

• Record all call interactions in the specified computer software systems.

• Evaluate and escalate calls when necessary.

• Achieve performance goals and KPIs established by the company.

• Utilize call scripts to persuade medical providers to send charts through onsite technicians, fax, mail, provider portals, and other retrieval methods.

• Address inquiries or concerns from provider offices.

• Follow the Company's Code of Conduct and policies.

• Support additional work responsibilities or tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 2–3 years of experience in a Contact Center, outbound calling, and/or sales calling is required.

• 1–2 years of customer service experience is necessary.

• At least 1 year of remote work experience is required.

• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Clear, pleasant, and professional telephone etiquette.

• Capability to interpret and convey information accurately.

• Good judgment, patience, and diplomatic skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Moderate computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Competence in performing basic computer functions.

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

• Must be prepared to comply with post-offer health screening and applicable vaccination requirements.
