Outpatient Therapist – LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop treatment strategies.

• Offer short-term therapeutic services (12-week model) for patients across all age groups.

• Address a variety of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health issues.

• Facilitate 45-minute intake and therapy sessions.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team that includes psychiatry, crisis services, and case management.

• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Current California LCSW license is mandatory.

• Availability for 30–32 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time hours.

• Experience in treating a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues.

• Background in working with diverse populations; experience with immigrant communities is preferred.

• Proficient in Spanish and prepared to deliver patient care in this language.

• Preferred experience in telehealth services.

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
