This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Deliver evidence-informed individual and group therapy to patients and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based care to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with fellow care team members, including coaches and psychiatrists.
• Offer insights on program curricula and training methods.
• Provide feedback on the various technological applications used in treatment.
• Stay vigilant regarding risk management considerations.
• Ensure documentation is completed promptly and comprehensively.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training focused on the implementation of evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.
• Lead skills practice groups or other assigned group sessions.
• Ph.D. or PsyD. in psychology from an accredited institution, LCSW from an accredited school of social work, or LPC with a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Valid New Jersey licensure relevant to the clinical discipline.
• Strong experience in treating children and adolescents dealing with anxiety and related disorders.
• Training and experience in providing evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Proficient computer skills, with an openness to and comfort with new technologies.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to be adaptable and efficient, thriving both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.
• Culturally aware and responsive to issues of diversity and inclusion.
• Competence in managing sensitive and confidential information in a way that fosters trust and confidence.
