This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Achieve sales targets and foster business expansion.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and formulary committees.
• Leverage knowledge of Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Academic Medical Centers to navigate the intricate healthcare landscape and optimize product access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, market access, and medical affairs to create and execute effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Keep abreast of the latest clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market trends to deliver accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and in-service training for healthcare professionals to enhance awareness and understanding of our pharmaceutical offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
• Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory utilizing appropriate CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital and large IDN selling environment.
• In-depth understanding of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval process.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
• Valid driver’s license with no violations that meet our Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) criteria.
