Outpatient Psychologist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Assess and treat mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and situations of patients.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling, treatment, and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and provide guidance to family members when appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.

• A valid, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to the office location). Applications from individuals without an active license will not be considered. We are not currently hiring associate/intern level therapists.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with our agency.

• Ability to function effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capable of guiding, directing, or influencing individuals.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in establishing and sustaining effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR): Must have demonstrated experience in effectively using electronic health record systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly preferred.

• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with expertise in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
