This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Interact with clients for individual, couples, or family outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
• Complete a thorough onboarding process, including the maternal mental health foundation course.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead and participate in meetings with administrative personnel to promote best practices and ensure compliance.
• Manage a caseload to achieve a minimum of 25 client sessions completed each week (with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week).
• Maintain an individual book of business, ensuring clear communication regarding caseload availability and scheduling requirements, while keeping current active clients and ensuring accuracy about client engagement frequency.
• Take a proactive approach in managing caseload and key performance indicators (KPIs), staying aware of client engagement needs, cancellations, and service duration trends.
• Provide mental health data tracking and consistently apply measurement-based care through assessments in every session.
• Submit documentation promptly within the timeframe established by Mamaya Health to keep client charts accurate and up to date.
• Conduct Clinical Intake, provide diagnoses, collaboratively develop treatment plans, offer ongoing care, and complete all discharge processes.
• Collaborate with team members on the client's care team, including medication providers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, dietitians, other therapists, and family members.
• Engage in marketing and outreach initiatives as required, working with the Mamaya Health team on social media, website, and other activities to aid in client acquisition.
• Maintain timely communication with Mamaya Health staff and respond to emails and chats within 2 business days, or sooner based on urgency.
• Regularly attend and engage in monthly small team meetings, quarterly all-staff meetings, monthly one-on-one meetings with the Team Lead, and any additional supervisory meetings with the Team Lead or Senior Clinical Leadership.
• A Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Independently Licensed to practice counseling/mental health therapy (LCSW, LPC-MHSP) in the state of TN.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience is preferred.
• Ideal experience includes outpatient, intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization, or residential treatment settings.
• Preference for experience working with children and families.
• Preference for experience addressing women’s and maternal mental health issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to inclusivity and cultural humility.
• A strong sense of self-accountability and autonomy.
