This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Overseeing outbound communications β Engaging with consumers on behalf of our clients by providing information related to campaigns and marketing initiatives via phone, email, or SMS while delivering exceptional customer service.
β’ Appointment coordination β Organizing consumer appointments that cater to both client requirements and the organization's needs. Appointments will be arranged for our group of dealership clients in the automotive sector.
β’ Customer satisfaction β Tracking customer satisfaction and building rapport with consumers while ensuring a top-notch customer experience and professionalism.
β’ Data management β Diligently reviewing and entering all customer appointments, inquiries, and concerns into the system.
β’ Performance β Aiming for over 120 outbound calls daily with outstanding verbal communication skills.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned or required by the leadership team.
β’ 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience is required.
β’ Experience in a call center environment.
β’ Post-secondary education.
β’ Strong computer literacy skills.
β’ Excellent organizational skills.
β’ Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask.
β’ Automotive service background is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Preferred experience with CRM databases.
β’ Self-motivated, personable, and adaptable to change.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Capable of working independently and being a team player.
