Outbound Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel success in a high-volume, outbound sales setting by utilizing a fast-paced dialer to engage utility customers and motivate them to enroll in energy-saving programs that can reduce their billing costs.

• Achieve daily outbound sales targets and monthly quality benchmarks.

• Assess eligibility and consistently secure enrollments.

• Actively participate as a team member in a remote setting; engage in training sessions and other activities to enhance skills and growth.

• Excel in a commission-based environment, driven by established performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience managing inbound or outbound voice communications.

• Proficiently navigate a script.

• Provide support for customer and technical inquiries.

• Comfortable with a structured schedule that includes designated lunch and break times.

• Value for goals and performance metrics.

• High School Diploma or GED (mandatory).

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

• No issues with attendance or punctuality.

• At least 6 months of prior experience in a customer-facing role is required; call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales setting is preferred.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer support while managing multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Sales-focused with a commitment to customer service satisfaction and a “How can I help you?” approach.
