
Outbound Sales Representative – IT Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute outbound prospecting through methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and various lead generation channels.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients in alignment with ideal customer profiles.
• Arrange meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives and sales teams.
• Conduct discovery calls to gain insights into a prospect’s technology stack, cloud environment, and business challenges.
• Articulate the value of IT and technology solutions including Cloud, SaaS, Networking, Cybersecurity, and AI infrastructure.
• Oversee and update CRM systems to ensure precise pipeline tracking and smooth transitions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends such as Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, AI infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, meetings scheduled, and pipeline generation.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or customer-facing positions is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At ease with making outbound calls and managing objections.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with international clients is an advantage.
• High degree of professionalism, accountability, and receptiveness to coaching.
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote work environment.
• Preferred Experience
• SaaS sales or B2B outbound sales experience.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation tools, or prospecting platforms.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Experience supporting markets in the US, UK, or Australia.
