This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conducting high-volume cold calls as a key method for generating a sales pipeline.
• Executing outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, and various other platforms.
• Identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
• Qualifying both inbound and outbound leads according to set criteria.
• Scheduling qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintaining and updating CRM records with detailed activity notes and insights about prospects.
• Effectively communicating the company's value proposition and services to prospective clients.
• Consistently meeting weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
• Offering feedback on messaging and campaign performance to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Participating in pipeline reviews and contributing to sales strategy discussions.
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role.
• Strong background in B2B sales (essential).
• Proven track record in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel prospecting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and skills for handling objections.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• A self-motivated individual with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be available to work UK business hours consistently.
• Fully remote international position.
• 12-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance.
• Independent contractor arrangement providing flexibility and autonomy.
