Otolaryngologist – Physician Reviewer, Radiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Physician match reviewer for Imaging cases.

• Engage in discussions regarding determinations through peer-to-peer phone calls with requesting physicians or ordering providers.

• Employ medical and clinical review guidelines and parameters.

• Provide support to Initial Clinical Reviewers.

• Ensure that all communications with medical office staff and/or MD providers are documented.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO/MBBS degree.

• At least five (5) years of experience in the practice of Medicine, following residency.

• Preferably, active clinical practice within the last 2 years.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted clinical license in the home state of medicine or required specialty.

• Active Board Certification from an accredited organization.

• Excellent clinical, management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Not currently excluded or sanctioned by any state or federal health care program.
