This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Creates instructional plans and guides students with visual impairments in acquiring essential skills and knowledge.
• Executes Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tailored interventions, and classroom modifications.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work in collaboration with school-based Exceptional Children's/Special Education teams, behavior specialists, and families.
• Engage in IEP meetings, staff gatherings, and team planning sessions.
• Certification as an Orientation and Mobility Specialist.
• Successfully completed an accredited Orientation and Mobility training program at an approved university, including all fieldwork requirements.
• School-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Competitive compensation (Up to $45-50/hour).
