This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct an analysis of the current state (As-Is) and the desired future state (To-Be) for the processes affected by the project's implementation.
• Develop and document an Organizational Change Management (OCM) plan or strategy for the project.
• Evaluate the project's readiness for deployment.
• Perform an ADKAR assessment.
• Define the roles for OCM sponsorship and leadership.
• Establish stakeholder management and communication frameworks.
• Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure OCM effectiveness.
• Create a roadmap for continuous improvement and establish strategies to reinforce and sustain change.
• Within the past ten (10) years, candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of extensive and progressively responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools on a large and complex IT project.
• Within the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of Project Management experience must have been in a leadership capacity.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Within the last ten (10) years, candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience serving as an OCM subject matter expert, performing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategy development.
• A current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification is required.
