
Order to Cash Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Conduct investigations and resolve inquiries related to Order to Cash functions and processes.
• Handle customer service tasks, cash application, cash balancing, daily aired TV log reconciliation, billing, customer account setup, and credit card processing.
• Analyze O2C processes and workflows to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and service delivery.
• Assist in the centralization and standardization of operational workflows throughout the department.
• Aid in the development and monitoring of operational metrics and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support system upgrades, user training programs, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Address escalated issues and assist management with complex operational challenges.
• Coordinate Order to Cash audit requests from both internal and external auditors.
• Engage in special projects and departmental initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Typically, 1-3 years of office experience is preferred.
• Generally, 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in accounting, finance, shared services, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Capacity to identify opportunities for process improvement and support operational excellence initiatives.
