Order-to-Cash Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the operational Order-to-Cash process throughout the organization.

• Ensure the accuracy of customer master data, pricing configurations, service setups, and billing protocols within ERP systems.

• Oversee month-end billing activities, guaranteeing completeness, accuracy, and timely invoice generation.

• Monitor unbilled services, incomplete transactions, and potential revenue assurance risks.

• Promote a 'right-first-time' billing philosophy by enhancing invoice quality, transparency, and the overall customer experience.

• Facilitate the resolution of billing inquiries, disputes, and customer reconciliation issues.

• Assist accounts receivable operations by tracking overdue balances and initiating follow-up actions.

• Lead investigations into O2C process challenges, uncover root causes, and implement corrective measures.

• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance visibility and inform decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a business role involving interaction with operations and customers regarding O2C matters.

• Experience in designing business processes and internal controls.

• Comprehensive understanding of O2C processes, including customer setup, pricing, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and reporting.

• Background in process improvement, internal controls, or operational excellence.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling large datasets.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
