Order Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide information and solutions regarding products and services.

• Input data and maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

• Accurately document purchase order to customer transactions.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns.

• Carry out various administrative responsibilities involving IMSE’s internal system.

• Discuss different aspects of IMSE with prospective clients.

• Support and embody IMSE’s mission and vision through innovation, customer-focused service, collaboration, and accountability.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Equivalent work experience (2 years).

• Professional and courteous phone demeanor; ability to address client inquiries and assist clients over the phone.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent computer proficiency; familiarity with Google Drive is advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

• Strong professional work ethic.

• Positive team player.

• Ability to fulfill requests in a timely and accurate manner.

• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support ticketing systems is a plus.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.
