This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accurately input and process customer orders into the system.
• Maintain effective communication with sales, inventory, and shipping teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and promptly address any discrepancies.
• Support the overall order fulfillment process to improve customer satisfaction.
• Verify order details such as product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service to clarify order details.
• Monitor order status and update records to reflect any changes or cancellations.
• Identify and escalate any order discrepancies or issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain precise documentation and order logs for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Assist in producing regular reports on order entry metrics and performance.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold the confidentiality of customer information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in order entry, data entry, or a comparable administrative role.
• Strong computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office and order management software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
