Order and Renewals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Order & Renewals Specialist operates at the convergence of Accounting and Sales, taking full ownership of the Microsoft and Microsoft-ecosystem (ISV/third-party application) line of business from start to finish.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Microsoft product transactions.

• Manage the entire renewal process from initiation to completion.

• Actively monitor renewal dates and begin outreach promptly to avert service interruptions or unexpected auto-renewal fees.

• Keep an accurate and current tracking system for all Microsoft/ISV clients, including orders, renewal dates, and account statuses.

• Engage regularly with the Accounting team regarding invoicing, payments, and reconciliation matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, order management, sales support, or a similar operational position.

• Preferably, hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (Order Entry module); experience with Pax8 or another Microsoft CSP/distribution platform is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP) and the GDAP/granular permissions process is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactional data accurately.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in interacting with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to independently manage and prioritize a tracking system for multiple concurrent accounts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
